Where are the products sold here actually made?
All knitwear is made in Estonia.
Can I wash woolen products?
It is recommended to wash woolen products by hand. If machine washing, make sure to use specific wool program and water under +30C. Please refer to Product Care intructions.
Is tumble drying allowed?
No, tumble drying is not allowed.
Can I iron woolen products?
It is not recommended to iron woolen products. You may steam them if there is a need for that.
How do I dry woolen cardigans, ponchos, wraps?
Drying should take place on the flat surface. Put the wet knitwear on the towel, placed on the floor (or any flat surface) and give it the right shape with your hands. Please refer to Product Care intructions.
Can I use a coat hanger to hang the cardigan or poncho to dry after washing it?
It is not recommended to dry woolen items on a hanger as this can cause the item to stretch out under the weight of the moisture contained in it.
How do I dry mittens?
It is recommended to first put the mittens on when wet to mold them into shape properly and to ensure that the inside lining is smooth. Then lay them on a towel placed on the floor (or any flat surface) to dry. Please refer to Product Care intructions.
Do mittens shrink after washing?
Mittens will not shrink when you hand wash them or use specific wool program and ensure that the water is not over +30C.
How often can I wash my poncho?
If the product is not dirty, it is enough just to air it.
Are the mittens windproof?
No, woolen mittens are not windproof.
Are woolen products itchy or harsh on the skin?
If a person is sensitive or allergic to natural sheep’s wool then the products may feel harsh and it would be uncomfortable to wear them.
If you do have a sensitive skin, it is recommended to wear a long sleeved shirt underneath the cardigan or poncho. Problem solved and you can still show off the cool new look!
